Hi again all,
Sorry for lateness of this last posting, it's been a busy day. Forecast still looking good at 16 to 20 knots NNW, but may pay to bring some wet weather gear in case. Will try and mix up the racing courses a little with some windward/leeward and straight track stuff to keep things interesting. We have over 30 sailors pre-registered, with some "first timers" to Blokart Racing, so will divide into weight groups as required. When you get to BH please go and see Pam, Richard and Tom at timing caravan on the track ASAP so we can confirm your registration and load you into the system. You may be required to stand on the scales, so no lead in your pockets. I will be at BAI meeting in Blokart lunch room until about 11am. I believe the shop will be open for emergency requirements.
Anybody needing to borrow a "smaller sail" see Paul!
See you all then.
Cheers,
Theo

Subject: BBC Winter series race 2 this Sunday!
Greetings all,
It's looking good for this Sunday with 20 knot NW winds predicted. Race no 2 is on! Bring those 3 metre sails.
We have exclusive use of Blokart Heaven for the day, which is now managed by newly formed company Game On Activities Ltd. (they have other activities ie lazer tag, to offer supporters if they wish).
Plan to start racing at 12pm, so gear up and practise from 11am. Race fees $20 per adult, $5 per child, $5 transponder hire.
Social BBQ and results in the kiosk after racing. All very welcome! We have visitors from Auckland, Hamilton and Rotorua coming.
Please reply to this email if you are coming so we can preload as many sailors as possible into Microsoft Mary. Also state weight group if you have not yet been weighed in.
I will text and update weather on Saturday.
Looking forward to seeing all those Blokart grins,
Cheers,
Theo (Race Officer)
