Nothing that a few "over at the start" won't fix....
6 knots at Ardmore, 7 at Auckland airport. So the wind has come up a bit. Looking like a re-run of last Thursday, although the forecast is for the wind to continue to fall, unlike last week when it was forecast to rise.

Updates from Trevor P (Pakuranga) and Mako (West Auckland) are not
much better. Fancy a lightning bolt to your mast – looking promising?
I'm happy with my 3 close calls with lightning, and it's started to
rain too!

So racing tonight is called off for a fortnight, pity we need that
race. *It's overcast at the moment, so I'm not hopeful for a sea
breeze. Now watch me get proven wrong... Isobars are getting wider, so
I don't think we can expect an increase in wind. Cheers
