Tomorrow: Southwest 10 knots, becoming northwest 15 knots early morning. Change southerly 20 knots gusting 30 knots from afternoon. Slight sea becoming moderate from afternoon. Fine, but a few showers developing in the evening.
Looking pretty good, we still have to pray the Southerly change happens after the race though!
Text update Saturday morning by 8am
See you there
Cheers

Good chance for a beach sail today for those interested. 15-20 knts SW, low tide about 3 pm on west coast. Muriwai at about 1.30 in car park. I probably won't be there but if you are planning on a sail let me know on 021738158 and I'll put out an OPTN message for everyone.
Sunday, fine all day, SE going NE wind, meet at BPP after lunch.
I have some for teams racing, please let me know direct if you are keen so can get everything organised.

This event is down for the 4, 5 July at Ohakea. It will be a combination of both scratch and handicap racing in different weight divisions.
Could clubs get an indication of numbers attending and email them through to me over the next week so I can do some initial planning. Send to: (Address removed) not through jiglu. There will be a dinner Saturday night.
Everyone is welcome and numbers will dictate the format to racing. The idea is to spend the maximum amount of time out having fun in a blokart with everyone having a chance at taking home the prizes. This is a chance for all clubs to get together to go blokart sailing at one of the premier tracks in NZ.
Details to follow.
