9.00 Enter base for set up

9.45 Briefing

10.00 Racing

4.30 Finish racing

5.00 Leave base

7.30 Dinner

Sunday

9.00 Enter base for set up

2.30 Finish racing

3.00 Prize giving

3.30 Leave base

Format:

3 divisions

Under 85 kg

85 kg and over

Non racers (those who don’t normally compete)

Each division will have:

3 dial up races

6 reverse start races (back markers go off first)

3 self handicap races

Finish Saturday with an all in long race (15-20 minutes)

Course:

7-8 minute races short track (and some long track events)

If time allows:

Teams racing – 5 per team

Overall interregional competition based on average placings from each region
